Children: Kendra - attending University of Arizona, Adrian - junior at Auburn High School.
I work with the Auburn University Southern Forest Nursery Management cooperative on the USDA Area-wide Methyl Bromide Alternatives Project.
Interests: travel, running, baking - I bake and sell freezer holiday breads.

ISU 1980, BS Textiles and Clothing Merchandising. Went on for MBA at University of Iowa (1982) and PhD at University of Wisconsin (1992). Married to Dan Smith, one daughter – Elizabeth Devlin, who attends the University of Arizona. I’m a Marketing Professor and Associate Chair of the MBA Program at the Kelley School of Business, Indiana University (a top 20 MBA program). In my area (brand management), we’re #1 in the country! Interests: international travel, great food (cooking and dining) and wine, golf, shopping.
